EMDR Phase 3 & 6: Body Sensations & Body Scan Magnets (7pgs)

Have the child understand their body sensations in relation to difficult experiences in a concrete way. Show them the range of bodily reactions someone can experience. You can have them draw themselves on the paper and use the Legend as a reference, or on a dry erase board using magnets (template provided) with the sensations.
