EMDR Phase 2: Preparation Informal Dissociation Scale Measure (2pgs)

Use this informal measure to explain some signs and symptoms of dissociation to children.  It gives the child some language to use if they begin to feel “spacey”. This will also help give the therapist a quick gage of “where they are” in any given session.
